About Group Therapy

When first beginning a group it can be uncomfortable at first but we often find the discomfort subsides after a session or two as you begin to form relationships find that there are others are in the same boat as you.  Many clients report that working with a group has been the most rewarding and healing part of their recovery journey.

Trust is paramount to the group process so that every group member can feel safe to share and process. For this reason confidentiality is of the utmost importance and every group member is required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
